Thus, we studied the tissue oxidative status in rats supplemented by two doses of vitamin E over a four-week period. Our results confirmed that vitamin E supplementation decreased the IBAT lipid peroxidation level, SOD and catalase activity levels, the hydrogen peroxide concentration and spared its vitamin C content. |
