Delforge (Orchidaceae) was found at Mt. Kopaonik (Central Serbia) as a new species in the flora of Serbia. This is the first known locality of this species in the Central Balkans. Morphological characteristics, distribution data, habitat preferences and population size are provided. Based on the IUCN Red List Categories and Criteria, E. exilis is estimated as Critically Endangered (CR D) in Serbia. |
