This paper reports about the presence of males in the natural populations of the Prussian carp and considers sexual dimorphism of this species. Determination of the sexes is done by dissection, and analysis of sexual dimorphism by univariate (Student t-test) and multivariate (Principal Component Analysis - PCA) methods. It shows slight sexual dimorphism of mature specimens in certain morphometric and meristic characters.en_US
